Paul's most recent film is the phenomenon The Albino Code. From the warped mind of Dennis Hurley, it's twelve action-packed minutes of incredibly funny stuff. As you have probably guessed, it is a spoof of "The Da Vinci Code." Paul plays the curator of The Louvre and if you've read the book, you already know what happens to him. So don't you dare blink!! This film has gotten quite the buzz. Check out the official website for details.

Another recent Paul film is the drama The Space Between Us. It is the story two young lovers whose romance is cut short by an unexpected event and the outrage of the community. Paul plays the father of the young man, which was quite a feat since Paul was 42 when the film was shot and his "son" was 24. The film is quite touching and very well done, a credit to its young, talented filmmaker, George Sloan.

Paul's most recent stage appearance was in Tony Kushner's adaptation of Pierre Corneille's The Illusion, produced by Sarah Friedberg and Small World Big Sky Productions at Boston's Devanaughn Theatre. He played that "monster of ego run amok", Matamore. Check out the review!

Another of Paul's recent films is an independent short subject titled Charlie. He plays the title character who is middle aged, middle management, and alone. This is the story of his encounter with Vinny who is a very large, dangerous looking, Italian-American with a secret.

Paul appeared in the American Repertory Theatre's phenomenal production of Moliere's The Miser. The production was featured in an article in the October 2004 issue of American Theatre magazine. It also won the Eliot Norton award for Outstanding Production by a Large Resident Company. No, that is not Paul in the photo. It's the extraordinarily talented Steven Epp. They share the same big nose.

Paul starred in an independent short titled The Mirakle. Written and directed by Roberto Bentivegna, it is a religious comic-book satire on Catholicism and the meaning of faith in the 21st century. Paul plays a priest who believes his colleague has found the miracle needed to revive their foundering parish. They soon discover that there's more to this miracle than meets the eye. The film was screened at Cannes. Check out what people are saying about "The Mirakle".

An independent feature that Paul starred in, Harrison Macauley is Going to Kill Me, took third prize at the 2003 San Antonio Underground Film Festival. It was screened at the SITGES International Film Festival in Spain and at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival (NYIIFVF) in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York City.

Paul plays the title character, Harrison Macauley. Harry is a social misfit who keeps a list of people he would like to kill, just for the fun of it, not that he would ever act on it. Or would he? His "friend" decides to make a film about him, which pushes him over-the-edge. Much hilarity ensues! It's a dark comedy.

Another of Paul's independent features has done quite well with many festival screenings including the Constellation Change Screen Dance Festival in London, UK, the Ivy Film Festival in Providence, the Boston International Festival of Women's Cinema in Brookline, MA, and the First Glance Film Festival in Philadelphia. It has also received screenings at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and Evos Arts in Lowell, MA. It's the romantic comedy Dance by Design, which is about a grad student struggling with the choice of a career in Dance or a career in Architecture. Paul plays the dashing and debonair New York Casting Director, Roland MacArthur, who offers our young heroine her chance to be a dancer for a TV pilot and then is never heard from again. Maybe Harrison Macauley tried to kill him. Anyway, this job offer begins the heroine's dilemma and much hilarity ensues!!

Finally, if you're a fan of the Discovery Channel keep you eyes open for the "Forensics in the White House" episode of the series Unsolved History. It originally aired in October 2002 and has been repeated several times since then. Paul plays the part of Sumner Tainter. He's the guy who assisted Alexander Graham Bell when he invented the metal detector in a failed attempt to save the life of President Garfield. No hilarity in this one but lots of great historical facts!!!
